1. How donations are used
JBF intends to apply donations to its charitable objectives and comply with accepted donor restrictions. Donations and refunds must be recorded, with suitable acknowledgement and oversight.
2. Refund requests
Refund requests involving errors, duplicate payments, unauthorised transactions or legal obligations will be assessed in accordance with an approved procedure. Requests can be sent to johnbepehfoundation@gmail.com.
